HYPELE™ 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At HYPELE™, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date, subject to the terms below.
Refund Window
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility
Single-Bottle Orders
If your order included one bottle, no return is required. Simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase date, and we will issue a full refund.
Refunds are limited to one bottle per product, per customer, per year.
Multi-Bottle Orders
For orders that include multiple bottles, only one opened bottle is eligible for a refund.
Any additional refund applies only to unopened bottles that are returned to us.
For clarity:
- If only one bottle has been opened, that bottle may be refunded.
- Any unopened bottles returned to us may also be refunded.
- Bottles opened beyond the first are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Email support@hypele.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Please include your order number and the reason for your request.
Step 2: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps and, if applicable, our return instructions.
Step 3: If a return is required, unopened bottles must be shipped back to us using a carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered or reimbursed by HYPELE™. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Step 4: Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Because orders are processed quickly, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may request a refund in accordance with this policy once it has been delivered.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. HYPELE™ is not liable for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
