HYPELE™ Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping Times: As we ship directly from our suppliers please allow the following estimated delivery windows after processing.
- US and Canada: 7 to 10 business days
- UK and Europe: 7 to 10 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days
- Rest of World: 7 to 14 business days
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that all shipping charges are in USD and are non-refundable.
Additional Shipping Fees: Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and all countries outside of the continental United States may be subject to an additional surcharge to cover associated shipping expenses.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your notification.
Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. HYPELE™ has no control over customs processing times or fees and they are not included in your order total at checkout.
Shipping Limitations: At this time we are unable to ship to APO addresses or freight forwarding companies. We are also unable to ship to all countries. Please check the checkout page for the current list of supported shipping destinations.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and correct. Please double check your address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer. HYPELE™ is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
Order Acceptance: An order confirmation does not guarantee that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order or provide a lesser quantity at our discretion.
Out of Stock Products: If a product in your order is out of stock we will notify you promptly and place you on a waiting list. You may cancel your order at any time before it ships.
Delays: Shipping times may vary due to high order volumes, customs processing, carrier delays, or adverse weather conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
